训练设计中计划制定的思想与艺术

摘    要:运用唯物辩证法中辩证的对立统一观、质量统一观、否定观和时空观、运动观等方法论,采用文献资料法、逻辑推理法等方法提出了运动训练设计中计划制定的基本思想与实践艺术.论述了哲学时空观及其对运动训练的方法论意义与现实作用,运动训练组织的系统化与节律推进和螺旋上升,负荷安排的极限化趋向与方式,力量素质、技术动作与能量代谢的专项化有机整合,运动员个性化发展与意志品质修养等基本思想.论述辩证思考的重要性,负荷概念的整体性,训练效应的累积性,感性判断的必要性和干预支持的同步性等实践艺术.

Abstract:This essay brings forward the basic thoughts and practicing arts of planning in the design of sport training by adopting dialectical materialistic methodologies of opposition and unity ideology, quality unity ideology, negativism and space time ideology, documentation material and logic reasoning, etc. It discusses the Marxism concept of space and time and its methodological significance and operation effects on sport training, systematization, rhythm progress and spiral rise of sport training organizing, ultimate tendency and method of load arrangement, the organic integration of strength quality, technical acts and energy metabolism, basic thoughts of the individual development of athletes, and volitional cultivation, etc, It also discusses the importance of dialectical thinking, the integrity of concept of load, the accumulation of training effects, the necessity of perceptual judgment and the synchronism of intervention support.
