| 摘 要： | 为不断提高国内实验室的运行水平,探索实验室的经费投入及管理模式,对比分析了国内外大型实验室经费来源渠道以及经费监督管理的经验教训,提出了设立运行经费专项渠道、经费分档制度等建议,为我国大型实验室经费问题的解决提供借鉴启示.

| Abstract: | To improve the operation quality and study the mode of the investment and management of financing for the laboratory,the channel and supervision of financing in domestic and foreign large laboratories is analyzed in this paper. Special financing channel,financing classification and other references and inspirations are offered to solve the problem of financing in laboratories of China. |
