| 摘 要： | 个体人力,即作为个体的人所蕴含的各种力量。人力的提升是个体的生存与发展和社会的存在与发展的基础。以培养人为目的教育活动是人力提升的主要力量。教育在个体人力提升中的作用应引起我们切实关注。
