| 摘 要： | 实践教学是旅游高等教育培养应用型人才的重要手段。结合当前大类招生等教育改革的背景，分析了加强专业课程实践教学的必要性。以《旅游学概论》课程为例，从实践教学内容、实践教学方法、教学场所等方面构建了旅游管理专业课程的实践教学体系，包括项目教学、现场教学、小组合作式教学、专题讲座等教学方法，以及图书馆、实验室、旅游企业、多媒体教室等为依托的实践教学场地。实践教学还应加大实习基地建设，严格实践教学的考核，加强实践教学团队的建设。

| Abstract: | Cultivating applied talented personnel for Chinese tourism industry is the main object of tourism higher education. Practice teaching is one of the important means to reach the goal. From some high - education reforms such as uniform enrollment, this paper analyzes the background to strengthen practice teaching in tourism management. Based on tourism conspectus curricula, this paper puts forward the practice teaching system, including teaching contents, methods and spots. Project teaching, enterprise teaching, group cooperation teaching and lecture teaching are the main methods. Teaching spots include many places such as library, laboratory, tourism enterprise and multimedia classroom. To ensure the effects of practice teaching, we should expand practice bases, inspect practice teaching strictly, and strengthen the construction of teaching team. |
