| 摘 要： | 政党是拥有多种资源的政治组织,"先进性"是政党执政的宝贵资源。理解政党的"先进性"可与普通人的"正常性"作比较,"先进性"是高于"正常性"的一种价值属性,是政党与普通人不同的标尺之一。作为优质资源它具有两个根本性的价值意义:一是能反映政党的执政技术状况;二是能反映政党的执政道德水平。"先进性"资源要靠政党构建良好的生成机制,经常培育和维护,才能源源不断地供给。

| Abstract: | The political party is a political organization with various resources,and"forerunning"is one of them.In comprehension of"forerunning",we can compare it with the"normality"of the common people;"forerunning"is higher in a kind of value concept than"normality",and it is one of the different surveyor' s rods between the political party and the common people.As a high-quality resource,it has two basic value meanings:one is that it can reflect the party's technique condition of ruling,and the other is that it can reflect the party's moral level of ruling.Only by setting up a good born mechanism with regular maintenance and development,can the"forerunning"resources be supplied constantly and constantly. |
