| 摘 要： | 传统的高校学生管理工作中高校角色的不恰当定位,给高校和学生自身发展都带来不利影响,转变高校角色并给予重新定位已显得至关重要。西方国家治理理论的提出为我们正确定位双方角色,纠正角色越位、错位提供了有力的理论依据。治理视野下的高校角色转变趋势有以下几方面:由管制型向服务型,从依人治校到依法治校,从高校的单边治理到高校、社会、家庭和学生共同参与的多边治理。

| Abstract: | In previous years the Students Management Institutes played an inappropriate role in the management of High Colleges,thus brought ill effect on the course.So it is of great importance to change the role of Higher Colleges and readjust it.The governing theories of western countries provide us with profound theoretical proof for correctly setting the roles of both sides and for correcting the role-mistakes and role-changes.These changes of role include the following aspects: the role changes from governing to providing service,the role from running a college based on people to running a college based on laws,and from the single role played by only the college to multi-roles involved by college,society,parents and students. |
