摘    要:在众多的学术期刊中,高校学报除了少部分发展势头良好外,大部分都面临着稿源质量差、影响力低下等问题,整体竞争实力不强.充分调动各方面的积极性和力量,共同打造学报的服务合力,通过质量上乘的系统服务来打动作者,留住读者,加强优秀作者队伍建设,扩大影响范围,提高整体竞争实力,是高校学报发展的必由之路.

Abstract:For academic journals, most face these problems, such as poor quality articles and lower influence and so on, even though a few maintain a good momentum of development. On the whole the competition strength of journals is not strong. It is the only way for the development of journals to fully arouse the enthusiasm and power in each respect to establish service resultant, impress the authors, keep readers, strengthen the construction of the outstanding authors team, expand influence, and improve the whole competition strength through offering high quality systematic services.
