| 摘 要： | 高职院校体育课程改革应以终身教育观、主动教育观为指导,既传授体育知识,又培养学生体育能力;提高教材难度,使学生打好体育知识基础;多元化设置课程,以利因材施教;将生命安全教育内容融入体育课程,以增强学生的生命安全意识,提高自我保护能力.
