蝴蝶兰的快速繁殖研究

摘    要:以蝴蝶兰叶片为外植体进行了快繁研究.结果表明:活性炭配合转瓶能有效地减轻叶片的褐变现象.在MS培养基中添加10%的香蕉汁可以明显提高诱导率.植物激素显著影响原球茎的形成,在MS 6-BA2mg/L NAA0.2mg/L的培养基中,原球茎的诱导率最高.原球茎在诱导培养基上增殖30代时,在无激素的培养基中进行分化,获得的幼苗生长健壮,变异率极低.

Abstract:Rapid propagation on leaf explants of Phalanopsis was studied.The results showed that: active cardon and shifting leaf explants to another new medium were effective for reducing the explants from being brown.When 10% banana juice was added into Msmedium,the inducing rate of the protocorm-like body was obviously accelerated.6-BA and NAA could stimulate protocorm-like body induction,and the effective results could be obtained on MS 6-BA 2mg/L NAA0.2mg/L.When protocorm-like bodies were proliferated for 30 times on inducing mediums,it was the time to transform the protocorm-like bodies on MS mediums.The transplants were growing well;the rate of varying was extremely low.
