| 摘 要： | 我国在农村城镇化过程中还存在着一些不同程度的问题,如现行户籍制度的限制问题、资金短缺问题、规划滞后和规划不健全问题、环境污染问题、劳动力素质偏低问题等。这些问题直接影响到我国城市化的进程和水平,进而影响社会的现代化进程和社会主义和谐社会的构建。研究解决这些问题的对策对于城镇化的发展及和谐社会的构建具有重要作用。

| Abstract: | Different problems still exist in the process of urbanization-restrictions of the existing household registration,fund shortage,planning delay,unsound planning,environmental pollution,low quality of labor force,etc.All these problems will affect directly the progress of urbanization,and hence,hinder the construction of social modernization and harmonious society.Therefore it is of great significance to solve these problems and find out countermeasures will play an important role in. |
