| 摘 要： | 随着工业化和城市化进程的加快,资源开发与生态环境保护的矛盾日益突出,面对压力和挑战,青海省提出了生态立省战略。实施生态立省战略,就是在生态环境保护的前提下,加快资源开发,发展地方经济,探讨和选择资源开发、经济发展的最佳模式。走出一条适合青海实际的可持续发展的新型工业化道路。
