| 摘 要： | 农技协在农村经济发展和社会主义新农村建设中发挥着越来越重要作用,已成为促进农业增效、农民增收和农村经济发展的一支重要的力量。针对崇左市农技协的发展现状和问题,需要从提高经营业务水平、组织制度建设、健全创新机制、争取政策和财政支持、精准扶贫等方面提出对策建议。

| Abstract: | Rural Special Technique Association is playing a more and more important role in new socialist rural construction, has become a major force in promoting agricultural efficiency, increase farmers’ income and rural economic development. According to the development status and problems of Chongzuo City Rural Special Technology Association, study give some countermeasures and suggestions in enhancing Professional level, constructing organization system, improving innovation mechanism, striving for policy and financial support, alleviating poverty precisely. |
