摘 要: | 建立马尾松松球中总多酚的含量测定方法。以没食子酸为对照品,采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定马尾松松球总多酚的含量。没食子酸在浓度1.818~10.908μg/ml的范围内与吸光度值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9996),马尾松松球总多酚的平均含量为16.24 mg/g,RSD=0.31%。所建立的方法稳定可靠、操作简便,可作为马尾松松球总多酚的含量测定方法。

Determination of total polyphenol from pinecone ofPinus massoniana Lamb |

Abstract: | To establish the determination of total polyphenol in pinecone ofPinus massoniana Lamb. Gallic acid was taken as a reference substance; the content of total polyphenol was determined by UV-vis spectrophotometry. A linear correlation between density and absorption of gallic acid solution was noted at the concentration of 1.818~10.908μg /ml ( r = 0. 9996) ,the average content of total polyphenol was 16.24mg/g, RSD =0. 31%. The method was stable and reliable, simple; it could be used for determination of total polyphenol inpinecone of Pinus massoniana Lamb. |
