| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨葛根汤治疗重度子痫前期的临床疗效。方法:对广西中医药大学第一附属医院2013年6月至2016年1月收治的早发型重度子痫前期病人80例,采用随机数字表法随机分为A(研究组)和B(对照组)。对照组常规用解痉药硫酸镁、降压药硝苯地平治疗,研究组除常规治疗,加用葛根汤治疗。观察两组治疗后平均动脉压、24h尿蛋白量、脐动脉血流阻力、全血粘度、D-二聚体;终止妊娠时新生儿体重、新生儿窒息例数及延长孕龄时间;两组母儿并发症(包括:胎盘早剥、肝肾功能损害、心衰肺水肿、脑血管意外、DIC、胎儿窘迫等)例数等指标。结果:A组治疗后平均动脉压、24h尿蛋白量、脐动脉血流阻力、全血粘度、D-二聚体均明显低于B组,差异均具有统计学意义(P0.01);A组胎儿窘迫例数比B组少(P0.05),A组治疗后延长孕龄时间比B组长(P0.01),差异均具有统计学意义。A组新生儿体重比B组大,新生儿窒息例数比B组少,但差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:葛根汤治疗早发型重度子痫前期临床疗效确切,值得推广。

Clinical therapeutic study on treatment of early onset severe pre-eclampsia with Puerarin Decoction |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the clinical therapeutic study on treatment of early onset severe pre-eclampsia(EOSP) with Puerarin Decoction.Methods:Dicided 80 patients with EOSP,during June 2013 to January 2016 in our hospital, into the research group and the control group,using a random number table method.The control group using Magnesium Sulphuricum to relieve spasm and Nifedipine to lower blood pressure according to the traditional way.The research group add Puerarin Decoction on the basis of the control group. Research the difference between the both group, in the mean arterial blood pressure,24-hour urinary protein, the fetal umbilical artery resistance, blood viscosity,D-dimer,Neonatal weight,the number of asphyxia neonatorum,Gestational period and the complications of mothers and babys after treatment.Results:Comparring with The control group,The research group has significantly effecr in the mean arterial blood pressure,24- hour urinary protein,the fetal umbilical artery resistance, blood viscosity and D-dimer after treatment(P<0.01);The number of asphyxia neonatorum was less in research group(P<0.05);The research group extend more gestational period(P<0.01).And the difference was statistically significant.The weight of Neonatal in research group was heavie,and the number of asphyxia neonatorum was less than that in The control group, But the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusions:Puerarin Decoction has curative effect on treatment of early onset severe pre-eclampsia ,and the it is worthing promoting. |
