| 摘 要： | 在经验选择的基础上,运用特尔菲等方法,构建了包含身体形态、身体机能和身体素质的3个一级指标、11个二级指标和20个三级指标的女子网球后备队员体能诊断指标及其权重,并制定出各指标的具体评分标准.诊断结果发现:湖北省女子网球后备队员体能水平处于中上水平,身体形态和身体机能指标得分较高,部分队员身体素质指标得分较低,建议加强身体素质训练,提升整体竞技能力.
