| 摘 要： | 课堂是一个由教师和学生组成的“学习与生活共同体”。“学习与生活共同体”倡导学生在自主活动、实践的基础上通过交往和对话来促进自己的发展,在此基础上,引导学生实现从个体性生存和发展方式向共生性生存和发展方式的转变,逐渐从“独存”走向“共生”“共在”。因此,“学习与生活共同体”的建构应遵循以下一些基本原则:尊重差异,培育尊严;自由表达,互相倾听;对话合作,共同分享;公平竞争,相互促进;民主平等,共同发展。

| Abstract: | Classroom is a community of learning and living formed by teachers and students, which proposes that students should make use of social communications to develop themselves and realize the transformation from individual living to co-existence, from independence to cooperation. Thus, the construction of the community of learning and living should obey the following principles: respecting difference, cultivating dignity, expressing freely, listening to each other, having dialogue and cooperation, sharing with each other, competing justly, improving each other, appreciating democracy and equality, advocating common development. |
