摘    要:文章通过对2004—2005年新疆各培训点少数民族“双语”教师培训模式的研究,提出改进我区“双语”师资培训模式的建议,旨在提高我区少数民族“双语”师资培训整体水平。

Abstract:In order to raise the overall quality of bilingual education of minority teachers, the authors of the present essay have done a research of the mode of the minority teacher bilingual education in different training centres in Xinjiang. They also provide suggestions to improve the mode as well.
