| 摘 要： | 目的:研究热休克蛋白27(Heat Shock Protein27)在乳腺癌中的表达.方法:采用免疫组化方法检测48例乳腺癌组织中的HSP27.结果:HSP27在乳腺癌中阳性表达率为54.17%(26/48).在非浸润性癌和浸润性癌中阳性表达率为75.00%(3/4)和52.27%(23/44).HSP27阳性表达在非浸润性癌和浸润性癌中无明显差别(P＞0.05).HSP27阳性表达与有无淋巴结转移无关(P＞0.05).结论:在乳腺癌中HSP27有较高表达,检测乳腺癌中HSP27对化疗有指导作用.

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the experssion of HSP 27 in the breast carcinoma. Methods: Immunohistochemistry is used to detect the expression of HSP 27 in the breast carcinoma(n=48).Results: The positive rate of HSP 27 in the breast carcinoma was 54.17%(26/48), and the positive rate of HSP 27 in the non-infiltrative carcinoma and the infiltrative carcinoma was 75.00%(3/4)and52.27%(24/44), respectively, there was no significant difference in the level of expression of HSP 27 between the non-infiltrative carcinoma and the infiltrative carcinoma(P>0.05). The expression of HSP 27 bore no relation to lymph nodes matastasis of breast carcinoma. Conclusion: The positive rate of HSP 27 is high in breast carcinoma and clinically has an important guiding significance in the chemotherapy serategy. |
