摘    要:学习型组织的建立,能够使教师在与他人整体搭配与实现共同目标的过程中,通过团队学习的方式交流与合作,使创造力得到充分的发挥。可以从树立终身学习理念、摆脱习惯性思维的影响、加强组织内部的协调、制定团队学习的措施等方面来建立高校的学习型组织,并从教学和科研两个方面在高校学习型组织中培养教师的创造力。

Abstract:The establishment of study organization will upgrade adequately college teachers' creativity by group study's communication and cooperation in the process of holistic arrangement and achieving common objectives. College's study organization can be constructed in the follow ways: building up an idea of studying all our lives, breaking away from the infection of chronic thought, enhancing organization's interior correspondence, setting up measures for group study. At the same time, teachers' creativity can be further fostered through teaching and scientific research in college's study organization.
