| 摘 要： | 乡镇成人学校作为“在农村中、为了农村、服务农村”的学校,在推进城乡统筹发展的过程中,应大力拓展自身办学功能:拓展培训项目,为当地企业可持续发展提供人才服务;拓展培训模式,为转岗农民提供技能培训服务;拓展教育资源,构建“带富工程”,为农民发家致富服务;拓展教育技术,增设四类课程,为农民生活质量提高服务。
