| 摘 要： | 主要采用文献资料法,对唐代女子参与的主要体育活动(球类、百戏、户外休闲、游戏娱乐等)进行梳理,分析唐代女子体育多元化兴起的社会文化背景.认为,唐代女子体育呈多元化兴起的局面,其所创造出的丰富体育文化硕果,是唐时期妇女长期从事体育实践智慧的结晶.对唐代女子体育资源的整合与开发,对于弘扬我国优秀民族传统文化、振兴我国体育产业、促进我国体育事业发展等都有重要意义.
