| 摘 要： | 通过研究资本结构优化的影响因素及其有关决策问题,对如何优化企业资本结构问题进行了探讨。指出财务杠杆利益是衡量企业资本结构的重要指标,并在分析影响企业资本结构有关因素的基础上,对如何优化企业资本结构问题提出了建议。

| Abstract: | Through the study of influential factors related with capital structure optimization and its corresponding measures,how to optimize capital structure is explored.It's pointed out that financial leverage is an important index,and based on the analysis of factors affecting capital structure,the suggestions about capital structure optimization are put forward. |
