| 摘 要： | 目的观察中西医结合常规治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法随机将符合诊断标准的76例患者分为治疗组和对照组,其中对照组给予西药常规治疗,治疗组采用中西医结合治疗。结果治疗组与对照组比较,治疗组有效率86．5％,对照组有效率59．0％,两组经x2检验P〈0．05。结论中西医结合治疗慢性胃炎的疗效优于西药常规治疗。

| Abstract: | AIMS: To observe the clinical curative effects of conventional treatment with combination of TCM and western medicine on chronic gastritis. METHODS: to divide Randomly the 76 patients who have such symptom into two groups, one for treatment and the other for comparison. The comparison group will be given the western medicine only, on the contrary, the treatment group will be treated with combination of TCM and western medicine. RESULTS: the effective rate in the treatment group is 86.5%, and 59.0% in the comparison group. The result of x2 examination for both groups is p <0.05. CONCLUSION: Curative effect of the combination of TCM and western medicine on chronic gastritis is superior than that only received western medicine treatment. |
