| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、问卷调查、比较研究和数理统计等方法，对福建省9地市居民的健身状况进行调查。结果表明：福建省居民闲暇健身意识、健身状况、健身群体、健身场所、健身消费状况等方面都存在较大的差异；普遍存在健康观念增强而健身意识滞后现象；闲暇健身时间安排不合理，锻炼缺乏毅力和系统性，同时受生活水平和经济条件等诸多因素的影响。建议政府重视大众体育，特别是加强社区体育活动中心的建设，体育行政主管部门应加大宣传力度，加大投资和管理力度，营造居民闲暇体育健身的良好氛围。

| Abstract: | A survey as to bodybuilding situation among the residents from nine cities of Fujian Province was conducted by means of literature, ques-tionnaire data, comparative study and mathematical statistics, and it is indicated from the result thereof that there exist large discrepancies relating to the spare-time bodybuilding consciousness, bodybuilding situation, bodybuilding group, bodybuilding place and bodybuilding consumption a-mong the residents in Fujian Province as well as that the strengthening of the concept of health and the lag of bodybuilding consciousness are preva-lent. The situation is also due to the unreasonable time arrangement of spare-time bodybuilding, the lack of willpower and systematicness during the process of exercise, and such factors as living standard and economic conditions. It is hereby proposed that the government should attach great im-portance to popular sports, especially the establishment of community bodybuilding center, and that the competent bodybuilding administration should increase the relevant advertising, investment and administration so as to create a good atmosphere of spare-time bodybuilding for the resi-dents. |
