| 摘 要： | 黄河三角洲高效生态经济区是山东第一个进入国家层面的发展战略,也是中国第一个以"高效生态经济"为功能定位的区域发展战略。面对千载难逢的历史机遇,应积极运用世界眼光和战略思维,准确把握高效生态经济发展的新形势和新要求,形成科学合理、切实可行的开发建设思路,打造针对性强、实用性高的政策措施体系,加快实现《黄河三角洲高效生态经济区发展规划》确定的任务目标,率先建成经济繁荣、环境优美、生活富裕的国家级高效生态经济区。

| Abstract: | Yellow River Delta Efficient Ecological Economic Zone is the first development strategy to enter national level in Shandong Province as well as the first regional development strategy positioned as efficient ecological economy in China.To meet the golden historical opportunity,international vision and strategic thinking are expected to applied to clearly understand the new situation and requirement of efficient ecological economic development,form scientific,reasonable and practical development construction thoughts,create nichetargeting and practical policies and measures system,accelerating the realization of tasks set in Development Plan of Yellow River Delta Efficient Ecological Economic Zone,and take the lead in building national-level efficient ecological economic zone with economic boom,beautiful environment and affluent life. |
