| Abstract: | This paper is focused on the interrelationship consciously constituted between the cultural climate for literary creation and the aesthetic style of Shen Cong-wen. It is opined that the interactive impact of the two factors has contributed to the unique individual aesthetic style of Shen Cong-wen but restrained his transcendence beyond his personal style as well. |
