| Abstract: | The 16th Congress has taken it as the objective of our future to build a well-off society in an all-round way. In order to achieve the aim of a comfortable society and set up the learning society by the end of year of 2020, it is necessary to enhance the development of the adult education. The concept of learning society is a major concern in the 21st century adult education. Focusing on lifelong education and learning society is the task of adult education. |
