| 摘 要： | 分析了当前社会对环境工程专业人才的需求特点,以沈阳大学环境工程专业教学改革实践为例,阐述了环境工程专业人才培养的新模式,提出了培养应用复合型人才的目标定位。根据沈阳大学人才培养的实际情况,从理论教学、实践教学、开放实验室及学生参加科研课题等方面,提出了加强对学生应用与创新能力培养,以及新型课程体系构建的具体措施。
