| 摘 要： | 骨骼肌是人体重要的内分泌器官,能合成和分泌多种肌肉因子。白介素(interleukin,IL)-15是近年发现的一种新的肌肉因子,不仅作用于骨骼肌自身,促进骨骼肌蛋白的合成、抑制蛋白质的降解,还直接作用于脂肪组织,抑制脂肪的合成,促进脂肪的分解,骨骼肌分泌的IL-15是骨骼肌萎缩、肥胖防治等多种代谢性疾病的新靶点。不同的运动强度、运动方式和运动时间对血浆IL-15水平及骨骼肌IL-15的基因表达、蛋白表达的作用并不一致,就肌肉因子IL-15的生理学作用及运动对1L-15的影响进行综述。

| Abstract: | Human skeletal muscle is an important endocrine organ,which is able to synthesize and secrete a variety of myokines.IL(interleukin)-15 is a novel myokine.IL-15 plays a role not only in skeletal muscle itself,contributes to muscle protein synthesis,and inhibits protein degradation,but also in the adipose tissue directly inhibits lipogenesis.IL-15 secreted by skeletal muscle is a new target in prevention and treatment of skeletal muscle wasting,obesity and other metabolic diseases.Although it has an important... |
