| 摘 要： | 通过对＂转型期＂的湖南社会体育专业人才市场和岗位需求状况以及湖南高校社会体育专业人才培养模式进行调查、研究与分析。结果表明：＂转型期＂湖南社会体育产业迅速发展和健身需求不断增加,为社会体育专业人才提供了广阔就业空间。但目前湖南大多数高等院校社会体育人才培养模式有待于改革与创新。只有以市场为导向,与社会需求接轨,才能在服务于社会中实现人才培养目标的定位。

| Abstract: | Based on the transition period of Hunan social sports professionals and job market demand conditions, as well as community colleges and universities in Hunan Province sports professionals training model, this paper investigate and analyzes on social sports talent cultivation.
