| 摘 要： | 从旅游文化开发的角度出发,分析可持续发展的时代背景下,潍坊旅游业发展过程中所面临的亟需解决的问题,即文化资源开发与区域旅游业发展矛盾凸显,忽视文化旅游开发的战略研究和区域文化内涵没有得到充分重视。文章指出挖掘具有潍坊区域特色的文化内涵是破解旅游文化开发与旅游业发展的关键性措施,是促进潍坊旅游业发展的内在驱动力。在实际旅游文化资源开发工作中,应当整合区域旅游文化资源,构建以专项文化事件为切入点的目的地旅游形象,加大区域旅游文化宣传力度,培养文化旅游人才,促进潍坊旅游业更好更快发展。
