| 摘 要： | 随着社会经济的发展，交通状况的改善及汽车保有量的增加，我国道路交通安全状况日益严峻。如何改善我国目前的道路交通安全已经成了一个重要的命题。文章在充分考虑影响道路交通安全的因素上，结合风险管理及政府职责理论，阐释了道路风险管理中的政府职责，并对政府如何进行道路交通安全风险管理评价、沟通及体制建设做了详细的介绍。

| Abstract: | With social development and economic growth, the evolution of traffic situation and the increase of automobiles, China＇ s traffic security is very grim. How to improve our traffic security situation has become a serious thesis. From the perspective of risk management and government responsibility,it is proposed to develop the government responsibility in risk management of traffic security, on the basis of mature thinking of the clues effecting the traffic security . it is also introduces how to deal with risk management appraise, communication and system establishment by the government. |
