| Abstract: | The right of education is one of the most fundamental rights of people. In the multi-ethnic multi-cultural country, the educational rights of linguistic minorities is achieved by bilingual education. Aware of their rights is the national bilingual education system in the building. The bilingual education policy-making is the basic value of construction of the school＇s bilingual education system. |
