| 摘 要： | 根据体育经济学的理论与实践研究成果，探讨了我国体育产业风险投资的兴起与现状，分析了发展我国体育产业风险投资的必要性以及体育产业风险投资的法律欠缺与法律障碍问题。在此基础上提出了发展我国体育产业风险投资的法律对策，切实推动我国体育产业开发和社会经济发展。 |

| Abstract: | According to the theories and practice of sports economics, this paper studies the status quo of the Chinese sports industry venture capital fund. Necessity of developing the sports industry venture capital fund and the legal deficiency were pointed out. Legal measures were put forward in order to promote the development of the sports industry and social economy. |
