| 摘 要： | 市场经济条件下的社会主义职业道德，在发展过程中还存在很多问题，影响着我国社会经济文化的发展，加强社会主义职业道德建设势在必行。要加强职业道德理论建设、主体性建设和法制化建设，更要进行社会监督机制的建设，从系统建设入手，建立社会主义职业道德体系，为社会主义经济文化建设，做出积极贡献。

| Abstract: | There exist a lot of issues in the course of development under the condition of market economical of socialist professional ethics. It effects the development of our socialist economic culture. Enhancing socialist professional ethics construction is under the circumstances. For enhancing the professional ethics theory's construction, the subjective establishment and the legality established should be carried on the society supervision system. Starting at system construction, it establishes socialist professional ethics system. |
