| 摘 要： | 教学质量问题是高校教育工作的核心问题。学校管理是众多影响高校教学质量因素中的一个重要因素。作者认为,要提高教学质量就必须实施全面质量管理。文章概述了全面质量管理的基本思想,揭示了实施全面质量管理的可能性与必要性,探讨了实施全面质量管理的主要措施。

| Abstract: | The quality of teaching is the core of education work in institutions of higher learning.The factors that affect the quality of teaching in institutions of higher learning are many and varied. One important factor among them is management. The author thinks that total quality management must be put into effect if we want to improve the quality of teacthing.The article expounds the basic idea of total quality management and brings to light to the possibility and necessity of putting total quality management into effect as well as discusses the methods how to do it. |
