| 摘 要： | 为了有效解决高校科技成果转化困难,寻求新的科技成果转化途径,对高校科技成果转化助力大学生创业进行深入探讨,认为高校科技成果应用到大学生创业实践当中,不但能够提升创业的技术含量,减少创业风险,树立创业信心,还能开拓科技成果转化的新途径,最后根据高校科技成果转化助力大学生创业存在的主要问题,提出合理对策和建议.

| Abstract: | In order to effectively deal with the problems in the transformation of sci-tech achievements and find a new way of transformation,the possibility of combing college students＇ innovative undertakings and the transformation of sci-tech achievements was studied. The analysis result reveals that this kind of combination can not only help college students to start an undertaking,reduce the risk of their entrepreneurship,build up their confidence in enterprise,but also create a new way of putting sci-teeh achievements into practice. Finally,this paper presented a series of suggestions,according to the present situation and the existing problems in the combination of college students＇ innovative undertakings and the transformation of sci-tech achievements. |
