| 摘 要： | 从公共管理和社会政策的角度，结合苏州市老年人居家养老服务需求的调查，分析苏州市居家养老服务取得的成效、主要特点及存在的问题。在充分借鉴国外和国内发达地区经验基础上，提出进一步完善居家养老服务体系的基本思路和政策建议。

| Abstract: | From the perspective of public administration and social policy coupled with the investigation into the old people’s demands, this paper analyzes the effect, features and problems of the home-based care services in Su-zhou. Based on the successful experience domestic and overseas, the paper puts forward basic ideas and policy sug-gestions to develop an all-pervading home-based care service system. |
