| 摘 要： | 海洋经济产业升级与结构调整优化是海洋经济科学发展的本质要求。海洋经济是广西经济的重要组成部分，优化北部湾海洋经济产业结构，对发展广西海洋经济和广西经济至关重要。广西发展海洋经济具有得天独厚的资源、区域、后发等优势和一定的基础，但总体上看经济总量小，发展方式和产业结构落后，贯彻落实“海洋强国”战略，亟需加快转变海洋经济发展方式，大力推进北部湾海洋经济产业升级和结构调整优化。

| Abstract: | Marine economic industrial upgrading and structural adjustment and optimization is the essence of the scientific development of marine economy requirements. Marine economy is an important part of Guangxi＇s economy, optimization of Beibu Gulf marine economic industrial structure, the development of Guangxi marine economy and economy is essential. Guangxi has be richly endowed by nature resources, regional, after other advantages and a certain foundation of marine economic development, but on the whole economic gross is small, the backward development mode and the backward industrial structure, implementation of the ＂marine power＂ strategy, to accelerate the transformation of the marine economic development, and vigorously promote the Beibu Gulf marine economic industrial upgrading and structural adjustment and optimization. |
