| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆人力资源管理是决定一个图书馆能否有效地完成任务和目标的关键,是高校图书馆生存发展的生命线。本文论述了高校图书馆人力资源管理的重要性,分析了目前我国高校图书馆人力资源管理的现状和存在的问题,提出了几点具有创新性的对策。

| Abstract: | University library human resource management is to determine whether a library could effectively fulfill its mandate and objective.It is the key to survival and development of the university libraries.The paper points out the significance of human resource management of university libraries,analyses the current situation and existing problems of human resource management of university libraries.Based on this analysis,some suggestions are made on how to improve it. |
