| 摘 要： | 野外生存生活训练通过对学生身体素质、心理素质和野外活动知识与技能的培养、锻炼,有利于激发大学生的体育学习动机,促使学生主动地参加体育锻炼,并锻炼他们的生活能力。目前普通高校开展野外生存生活训练的组织形式主要有教学形式、俱乐部(社团)形式两种,每种组织形式都具有自身的特点和要求。

| Abstract: | Through physical quality,psychological quality outdoor life knowledge and the skill raise,the open country survival life training is advantageous to stimulate university students' sports study motive,urge the student to participate in the physical trainingon own initiative,and exercise their viability.At present the ordinary universities carry out the open country survival life training by two organization form which are teaching form and club form two kinds,each kind of organization form all has own characteristic and the request. |
