| Abstract: | This article begins with the fact that in the later 40 chapters of the Dream of the Red Mansion, the author shouldn't have omitted the name of "Cheng Weiyuan", proving that the later 40 chapters are absolutely not the original. It points out that it was not Cao Xueqin Himself who wrote the later 40 chapters because of his various Limits. Moreover,this article analyzes these chapters in detail as well as their advantages and disadvantages,the good and the bad, and the value of them. |
