| 摘 要： | 改革开放后，社会分化集中表现为功能分化和利益分化，模糊了城乡二元社会的边界，产生了多元地位标准，也迫切需要一种维护动力和秩序的机制。国家和市场两种体制影响着人才的出口，给教育选拔带来双重影响。

| Abstract: | With the Reformation and Open Policy in China, social differenciation is mainly expressed through fuctions and interests, which mixes up the divergence of the urban and rural society, and leads to pluralistic status, it also needs a new system to motivate and keep it in order. State run and market-oriented systems affect education and educational selection. |
