| 摘 要： | 教育资助政策是教育公共政策的重要组成部分,涉及到大量的伦理问题.传统观念所建构的意义世界的解体,社会生活所呈现的主流价值的嬗变,导致当代中国教育资助政策陷入一种伦理困境,出现伦理精神式微甚至严重滑坡,并且面临着一系列新的挑战,人们有理由追问资助政策的伦理价值何在.与此同时,凸显教育资助政策伦理价值的任务也变得更加重大.围绕教育资助政策的伦理价值诉求,应从健全和完善政策体系,鼓励慈善捐赠,加强诚信、感恩和报偿教育,营造和谐氛围等方面开展工作,以促进教育资助政策的伦理价值实现.

| Abstract: | Education financial support policies are the important part of education public policies. It involves a vast amount of ethical problem,and it means a kind of love and duties for the students. Faced with the situation that the traditional value was broken and the current value was changed,there have been ethics crises and a series of new challenge for education financial support policies of our country. At the same time,the tasks of expanding the ethics value of education financial support have become more arduous than before. Moreover,the policy system should be perfected; charitable donation should be encouraged; harmony environment should be created; and education for honesty and credit,gratitude as well as repayment should be strengthened,so that promoting the realization of the ethics value of education financial support policies. |
