| 摘 要： | 文章在分析区域农业产业结构调整与土地利用变化的相互作用机理的基础上，以江西省上饶县为例，分析了研究区域土地利用结构的多样化和集中化趋势，并着重通过构建土地类型之间的转移矩阵和农地利用变化强度驱动因素的指标体系，研究了江西省上饶县农业产业结构调整下土地利用变化的基本特征。结果表明：(1)受自然条件和经济水平的影响，上饶县土地利用的空间差异性明显。区内不同地区土地利用结构的多样性和集中性程度高低不同。(2)上饶县土地利用动态变化总体上具有农业型特点。由于在市场规律的作用下，单位土地面积的收益差距明显增大，导致农业内部耕地、园地、林地和水域之间的相互转换；同时，由于农村工业化和城镇化的发展占用了大量的衣用地，使得衣用地尤其是耕地(水田)面积不断减少，农用地向建设用地转化。(3)上饶县衣地利用变化的波动性。衣地利用变化总的来说是迅速的，但在不同的阶段其变化强度也是不同的，呈现出一定的波动性，这主要是受到区内经济发展和农业产业结构调整的影响。据此，作者提出了土地资源可持续利用的政策建议。 |

| Abstract: | On the basis of analyzing interrelation mechanism between agricultural sector structure adjustment and regional land use change, taking Shangrao county of Jiangxi Province as an example ?the article analyses and studies the trend of diversification and concentration of regional land use structure, and through constructing land transformation matrix and index system of driving factor of agricultural land use change intensity , emphatically studies the basic feature of land use change of Shangrao county of Jiangxi Provinc under agricultural industrial structure adjustment. The result shows: (1) Affected by natural conditions and economic level, the space difference of land use in Shangrao County is obvious. (2) The land use change has agricul-turallyoriented characteristics generally in Shangrao County. Because of the function of the market law, the income disparity of land unit area obviously increases, and this causes mutual conversion among cultivated land, orchard land, forest land and water area in agriculture. Besides, because the development of the urbanization and rural industrialization, a large amount of agricultural land is taken up, and this makes the agricultural land, especially cultivated land (paddy field) reduces constantly, the agricultural land are transforming to construction land. (3) The fluctuation of agricultural land use change in Shangrao County. Generally speaking, the agricultural land use change is fast, but its change intensity is different in different stage, and takes on certain fluctuation, and this is mainly influenced by economic development and agricultural industrial structure adjustment in the district. On the basis of the above, the policy on sustainable land use is suggested. |
