| 摘 要： | 科学、有效的高校教师评价制度是保证高等教育健康、稳定发展的关键所在,面对目前高校教师评价存在的重奖惩和区分,轻促进和发展;重科研,轻教学;重＂事＂轻＂人＂;重他评,轻自评;重定量评价,轻定性评价的现状,高校有必要改变传统的教师评价制度,实施发展性教师评价制度。
