| 摘 要： | 随着我国由社会主义计划经济向市场经济的转变，以及WTO的加入，我国工程造价管理面临巨大的变革，我们必须分析现状，找出不足，更新观念，完善法制、法规建设，规范行业管理，加快提高工程造价管理人员整体素质，加强工程造价信息化管理，尽快与WTO规则接轨，方能在激烈的国际竞争中立于不败之地。

| Abstract: | With the change of socialist planned economy to market economy in China and China's entry into the WTO,the management of project cost is confronted with great changes.The present situation should be correctly analyzed;deficiencies should be identified;concepts should be renewed;the legal system and status should be built and improved;trade management should be standardized;the quality of the administrative personnel for project cost should be cultivated and the management based on information technology should be strengthened so as to get integrated into the WTO regulations promptly and achievement can be made in the fierce international competitiveness. |
