金属薄板塑性应变比r值的测量不确定度分析 |

摘 要: | 根据GB/T 5027-1999《金属薄板和薄带塑性应变比(r值)试验方法》标准的要求,利用半自动的测量方法对金属薄板的塑性应变比(r值)了测试。分析了该方法测量r值的B类不确定度以及主要的影响因素,具体影响包括:引伸计的误差和宽度测量的误差。分析结果表明:在半自动测量r值的方法中,应变20%处的r值测量的不确定度最大,应变10%处的最小,而15%处的居中。

Abstract: | Based on the requirements of testing standard of metallic materials-Sheet and strip-Determination of plastic strain ratio(r-ratios),the semiautomatic testing method was used to determine plastic strain ratio of metallic materials sheet-r value.The B type uncertainty of r value and influencing factors were analysed,which includes the errors of extensometer and width measurement.The results show that the uncertainty of r value in 20% strain is the biggest,that in 10% strain the smallest,and that in 15% strain is middle. |
