| 摘 要： | 针对我国CDM项目的碳排放交易价格明显低于国际碳交易价格,重点研究清洁发展机制下碳排放定价和碳排放现货便利收益。由于碳排放的定价权、询价权及CDM项目的决策权是以碳排放量买方主导,买方利用两个不同碳交易市场信息不对称实现套利行为,买方因持有碳排放现货获得便利收益。
