| 摘 要： | 苏北地区高校课余体育训练中存在着问题：其一,训练目标与训练实践不完全符合;其二,训练经费投入和体育器材设置的不足;其三,存在着诸多影响教练员态度和能力提高的否定性因素;其四,存在着诸多影响运动员课余体育训练积极性的否定性因素;其五,课余体育训练项目与学生需求有些偏差;其六,突击式训练与训练频度缺乏一贯性。建议的对策：课余体育训练的长期目标与短期目标分层级实施;让教练员从被动式参与到主动要求参加训练;创设条件调动学生积极性;增加训练项目提高训练频度。

| Abstract: | Problems exist in college after - school sports training of northern Jiangsu. First, the objectives of training do not fully comply with the practice of training. Second, funds for training and the sports equipment both lack. Third, there are a lot of negative fac- tors that impact on the coaches＇attitude and the capacity to be improved. Fourth, there are many negative factors that affect the athletes enthusiasm to after -school sports training. Fifth, the items of after - school sports training donl fully meet the needs of the students. Sixth, the assault - style training and the frequency of the training lack of consistency. While the countermeasures to these problems are as follows. First, stratify the long - term goals and the short - term goals of after - school sports training implement them step by step. Second, take measures to provide good conditions for coaches from passive participation to active participation in after - school sports training. Third, create the conditions to mobilize the enthusiasm of students. Fourth, increase training programs and improve training frequency. |
